GTA 4 runs like dogshit on PS3 and with downgrades. It seems to be a thing that affects certain system build configurations, mainly primarily what CPU you have (and not so much GPU), it’s a weird/strange bug though for sure. GTA V relies heavily on the main thread, no matter how many cores your CPU has. at first i was getting 30 fps then suddenly after 3 seconds of the game running its dropping to 3 - 6 fps which just a month ago wasnt there it was running pretty well I have been trying to figure out why my GTAV/FiveM GTA RP servers have been having bad stutters, fps drops and dropping to frame times of 150-250 ms.
